Shrimp Burger with Homemade Cheddar Bay Biscuit Buns and Garlic Aioli

Writer's picture: Milan Mobley Milan Mobley

One summer cookout, as I was preparing for a fun day with loved ones, I realized I didn't have any pescatarian options for my sisters, Ajene` and Kayla.

Loving them and wanting them to enjoy every bite, I decided to try something new. So, with a little seafood magic and a lot of heart, I created this Shrimp Burger.

Crafted with fresh shrimp, savory spices, and a touch of garlic aioli, this burger was made to bring us closer - a dish we could all savor together. Now, it's a staple in my kitchen and a testament to how food connects us, one flavorful bite at a time.

This recipe is perfect for those who love seafood and want to elevate their burger game. With a luxurious Cheddar Bay Biscuit bun (from scratch or Red Lobster mix), juicy shrimp patties bursting with flavor, and a creamy garlic aioli, it’s an indulgent yet approachable dish ideal for cookouts, family dinners, or when you want to impress your guests!
